Commissions are paid directly by the title company which means that agents receive their hard-earned money in the shortest possible time.

We provide each agent with an extension on our 24/7 automated 800#--this is a nice option for out-of-state clients and you may use the 800# on all of your advertising.

As the Founder/Owner and Designated Broker of the Luxe Real Estate Group, Jay Martinez leads a team of outstanding agents who serve residential and commercial buyers and sellers. Jay has been a full-time broker for over 22 years and a licensed agent for over 27 years. As a licensed broker in Arizona and California, Jay brings additional knowledge to the job which helps navigate his agents through increasingly complex real estate transactions. Serving his agents is a role that Jay truly enjoys–he brings an old fashioned work ethic, integrity and diligence to every interaction.
