Although there are certainly some advantages to working at a big brand brokerage, we prefer the indie brokerage environment, so when our boutique brokerage was absorbed into a mammoth international brand, we knew we needed to find a new place to call home. After considering numerous options, we chose to become the Prescott team of LUXE Real Estate Group, and it was the best career move we could have made. As our Designated Broker, Jay Martinez is an incredibly knowledgeable resource and is readily available when we have questions, concerns, or need his considerable insight. At the same time, Jay does not micromanage our day-to-day business, so as long as we adhere to the ethical and legal standards that we know are expected of us, we feel we have a fair amount of autonomy to conduct our business in the way we work best. As a result, since March of 2019 when we joined LUXE, we have become Top Producers in not just the Prescott market, but on the LUXE team overall, as well! Bottom line - we cannot say enough good things about our relationship with Jay and Abby Martinez, and LUXE Real Estate Group, and cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
