About Joan Wallace

Leaving friends and family in Iowa, my husband and I, moved to the “Valley of the Sun” in 1998 to enjoy the beauty and warmth of the desert. Having worked for The Lyle Anderson Co. as a Human Resource Administrator, I learned quickly about the golf communities of Desert Mountain, Desert Highlands and Superstition Mountain, and working for DMB, the developer of DC Ranch and Silverleaf. In 2003, I received my real estate license and have enjoyed working with both Sellers and Buyers. I have a broad knowledge of the real estate market to guide each Seller and for Buyers to find the best possible home and community. I am blessed to be Nana to our quadruplet grandchildren and my favorite pastime is chasing a golf ball on the beautiful golf courses in the Valley.
