About Sam Rector

Born and raised in the valley. I played baseball at Campbell University acquiring a BA in business. Since returning from college, every path I’ve chosen has led me to construction. Using the knowledge that I have obtained from various jobs I have found a new passion working with family and friends remodeling and renovating homes. Reviving a home is not only a visual stimulant, but it also instills a gratifying feeling inside watching a homeowner smile with excitement due to an atmosphere you’ve created. This feeling is what lead me to real estate. I want to continue to share the excitement with others and help as much as I can to make the experience go as easy and smooth as it should be. In my free time I enjoy golfing, riding my dirt bike, camping and fishing.
