I use Jay Martinez for all of my real estate referrals. I have my real estate broker’s license, however, I run a separate business unrelated to real estate. I will continue to use Jay for any and all real estate referrals and strongly recommend that anyone in a similar situation to myself do so as well. It is extremely hard to give your clients the 100% they deserve and require in their real estate transaction when you are not solely concentrating on real estate in your own personal businesses and life. You may make less money on one transaction, however, the clients will be more than pleased and continue to use and refer you clients, which will end up making you more money in the long term, which should be the goal.
