In Arizona, we must be present on your first visit to any new home construction sales office in order to represent you. Keep in mind that you will not save any money (in most cases) by going direct to the builder–you will also be asked by the builder to sign a document stating that the new home sales professional does not represent you, but rather the builder only. Since the price you pay will likely be the same, it only makes sense to have us present to represent your best interests.
