I couldn't have picked a better realtor!  This was my first time buying a house and the process couldn't have been smoother.  Jay and his team set up an online portal for me to view all of the houses as they hit the MLS, they were all within my parameters that I selected at the beginning of the process.  Jay patiently showed me houses and answered all of my questions, recommended excellent contractors for repairs and even referred me to a mortgage broker who I was very pleased with.  From start to finish the process was easy, and I never felt stressed or overwhelmed.
