Jay was extremely patient in helping us with selling my 85 year old mother's home. It took a VERY long time to remove her stuff from the home but he hung in there with us. He was always courteous and prompt. He gave us sound advice on pricing and improvements and had a very good sense of the market. He was fantastic at finding many contractors at reasonable prices to help with the fixes we needed to do. When we didn't agree, he was very respectful and courteous. We didn't do everything he said, but we did most of it and we got fantastic results - a great offer at more than asking on the first day of listing. The closing went flawlessly.
