We work with agents in markets all over the country–agents who trust us with their relocating clients; however, we also work with many licensed individuals in Arizona–folks who have an active real estate license, but don’t use it for one reason or another. We have developed a finely tuned system to track referrals, update the referring agent on a regular basis and provide a very high level of client care. We get results and this means more money for the referring agent.

• We offer a 20% referral fee and in some cases a 25% fee–listings referral fees are subject to change depending upon the listing commission and split.
