As first time home buyers, we were very concerned about finding the right realtor to help us. We researched literally hundreds of names on the internet, and settled on three people to interview. Jay was the second person we sat down to speak with and, afterwards, we quickly cancelled our third meeting.
What initially struck us about Jay was his honesty and sincerity. He told us straight up that he wasn’t out to try and cheat anyone -- including whomever we’d be buying a home from. Instead, his goal was to be well educated in all aspects of the sale, and to help us come to an agreement that was fair and made everyone in the deal happy. That’s exactly what he did.

As we set out looking for homes, Jay kept everything fun and relaxed while consistently giving us excellent information about each house. Our first full day of house hunting included four homes we chose off the MLS, and two homes Jay thought we should take a look at as well. Lo and behold, the home we ended up buying was one that Jay had suggested that first day!

While his honesty, knowledge of the field, and spot-on gut instinct makes Jay an excellent realtor, we couldn’t speak about him without also mentioning his passion for what he does, and his dedication to us as clients. As first time homebuyers, there was so much we didn’t know about! Jay walked us through every step of the way, often meeting us for appointments when he didn’t have to be there, and was always available and responsive any time we contacted him. He is one of the most sincere and hard working people we’ve ever met -- we sincerely cannot recommend him enough!
