Over a 3 month period, my fiancé and I had the pleasure to work with Jay Martinez as both a buyer’s agent and seller’s agent. It was an exciting and scary process to sell 2 houses [on opposite ends of town] and buy a new one pretty much all at the same time!

As we were both selling our individual houses, Jay was honest with us and realistic about price points. Both of our houses sold very quickly and Jay handled the negotiations with ease. He also assisted in getting required repairs done and took on the burden of coordinating contractors and scheduling inspections, treatments and handyman work.

When it was time to choose our new home, Jay made this process very easy! Jay made location recommendations as we were looking for new homes that we hadn’t even considered. He took the time to research busy streets, power lines and future road improvements that may have impacted the value of our new home. Jay always encouraged us to keep looking even when it seemed impossible to find a home that was going to fit our new combined family lifestyle.

When we finally found the ONE, he once again handled the negotiations easily and advised us at every turn. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and the ease of doing business with Jay Martinez.
