Jay Martinez uniquely helped us find the perfect home to raise our new family. We relocated to the Phoenix area and were overwhelmed with the area growth after being away from Arizona for over 11 years. Our new work allowed us the flexibility to choose almost any neighborhood in the Phoenix area. Jay met with us initially and really took the time to identify our priorities, our family needs, and our critical tastes. He helped us narrow down our choices to a few cities within the Phoenix area, then showed us multiple properties in each so that we could get an idea on what our price range would purchase in each city. As we started to focus in on the Ahwatukee/East Valley area, he continued to show us a compliment of newer properties and properties with promise. Of course, we fell in love with a newer neighborhood that simply did not have a lot of availability.

At this point, we were very disappointed; however, this did not discourage Jay! Without us knowing, he drafted and sent a very heartfelt letter to each resident of the neighborhood. He didn’t just say "hey, who wants to sell their house?"--he introduced us as a young family who really wanted to move in and join their community. Within two days, we had the opportunity to walk through three homes in the neighborhood! Fabulous results! We originally had settled on a different home within the neighborhood as it fit better within our budget. Jay helped us see the benefits of a slightly more expensive home that sat within a cul-de-sac. His assistance helped us choose our beautiful home, safe for the children, and wonderful friendly neighbors. Following our choice, his relationships with reputable resources made the more painful portion of buying a house such as inspections, loan origination, etc, so comfortable and easy.  Although the whole process did not take that long, Jay's expertise, professionalism, and dedication made the biggest business/personal decision of our lives pain free and so very successful.
