On days we could travel to Phoenix, Jay would efficiently organized a complete day of quality property showings.

On only the third visit to town, we found the house that surpassed all of our needs. From that point on, Jay literally took care of the rest. From contract to closing, Jay was engaged in every aspect of the home purchase. In fact, from the day we had seen the house we wanted, we did not come back to town until the day of the closing and handed the keys. Jay made certain the closing stayed on schedule, and that the house was in perfect move-in condition.

Jay is a realtor that doesn't push a listing unless it's absolutely right for his client. Rather, he allows the search process to run it's course so the right house is bought or sold at the right time.  He is very hands-on and your full-service representative. Jay gets the job done!
