I have purchased a number of properties in my lifetime and with the recent industry reform, this certainly ranked among the most difficult. Luckily Jay was by far the most competent, responsive and knowledgeable real estate agent I've ever had the opportunity to work with to help me through the process. He went above and beyond, helping to ferret out documentation from a previous title company, doggedly pursuing responses from an otherwise unresponsive sellers agent and much more.
