Jay's outstanding! That's the best word to describe how working with him can be. I am a new home buyer with lots of questions and needs. Jay was very patient with me and was available anytime I needed him. The best part of the whole process is, he was on vacation for a part of the time I was looking for a place. We were able to find a great location in Chandler before he left with his family. Even though he was on vacation, Jay worked a deal for me that was perfect!
