We feel extremely fortunate and happy to have met Jay! We bought a house in AZ with plans to stay put for a long time. But due to changes in my employment, we needed to move out of state. Initially we were reluctant to sell the house as we planned on coming back to AZ but also weren't comfortable turning it into a rental as we'd be out of state. Knowing nothing about having a rental and needing to manage it from out of state, he found great tenants, introduced us with a trustworthy property management, and took care of everything for us. During the 5 years of it being a rental, Jay always reached out to us periodically just to check in to see how we were doing and updates on how our home was. It was great comfort knowing we have someone who didn't just check out after finding us tenants. Unfortunately we figured we most likely wouldn't be coming back to AZ. Jay again gave us his honest opinion and his deep knowledge of AZ market which helped us with decision to list. From list to close of escrow, he was very responsive (even during his vacation with family!), kept us updated with every little detail and progress. We felt like we never even left AZ! We sincerely appreciate everything Jay has done for us and it goes beyond real estate. We truly feel we found someone much more than just being a realtor, but a close family friend now.
