I cannot say enough about Jay and the incredible job he did for me from the moment I met him. I needed to move across the country within 1-2 months and Jay gave me great advice leading up to my departure. Once my dogs and I were out of the house and traveling to our new home, Jay provided guidance on items I needed to improve, update, fix and just make right prior to putting my house on the market. Two days before my house was listed, I had a contract on it and a backup contract in place the day it was listed! I closed in 30 days and the stress of dealing with my home from 2000 miles away was gone. I cannot say enough about Jay and everything he did for me and this process. Best realtor I have ever encountered and would highly recommend him to anyone
