April has been a busy month in terms of real estate activity across Maricopa County–here is our April 2016 Maricopa County real estate update. Currently, there are approximately 22,300 properties for sale across the county–there are slightly over 14,000 pending sales and since March 25, 2016, there have been 8563 sales. Overall, available inventory has remained somewhat steady over the past few months.

Our expectation is that sales activity will stay fairly strong for the next few months. With rates remaining at near all-time lows, now is still a great time to buy.
